flexing machine has been developed to assess the flexing endurance of completed footwear in wet and dry conditions.
The machine is supplied in both single or twin station formats and the action simulates the flexing of footwear during wear. The angle of flex is adjustable up to 50°. The machine may be used to predict the failure of footwear in wear. It is particularly useful in assessing problems associated with bottom construction.
Footwear is clamped to the machine at the toe end using the appropriate toe clamp from one of five pairs supplied. The heel end is secured to the flexing bar. A predetermining counter is fitted and once the appropriate number of flexes has been registered, it will stop the machine so that the shoe can be inspected.
The moving parts of the machine are covered by a hinged guard which is fitted with the latest safety device to prevent access while the machine is still in use. The machine is robust and non-corrosive materials are used where applicable in its construction.
A similar machine is available for testing high leg boots where water depth can be increased to cover the whole forepart of the footwear up to eyelet level. Details available on request.

Steel toe impact tester.
Safety Footwear Impact Tester is to test safety shoe toe cap impact resistance ability by impacting safety shoe toe cap with certain energy. Safety shoe impact test methods include ISO 20344, EN 12568, ANSI Z41 and etc.
1. Safety Shoe Impact Tester Principle
This Impact Tester is equipped with a steel striker in the required mass. When release striker, it would drop down freely on the vertical guides from a certain height to give certain impact energy. With mechanism provision to catch the striker after the first strike to ensure the toe cap would be hit for only once. Alarm before the striker falls down.
2. Toe Cap Impact Test Procedure
Mount the specimen in the impact tester and make sure the striker would hit it in a certain position as per standard. Then release the striker from a certain height and give required energy.
3. Unuo Toe Cap Impact Tester Features
